Call for Presenters
Who can submit a presentation for Unbound 2027?

We welcome presentation proposals from Bluebeam customers, industry professionals, partners, technology experts, and others with practical knowledge and experiences to share with the AEC community. You don’t need to be a professional speaker. We’re most interested in useful, real-world stories and lessons that other attendees can learn from.
When is the deadline to submit?

The Call for Presenters is open through October 31, 2026.
What kinds of presentations are you looking for?

We’re looking for practical sessions that show how work actually gets done. Strong submissions often feature real projects or customer experiences, measurable outcomes, workflows attendees can apply, and lessons learned along the way. Promotional or sales-focused presentations will not be accepted.
Does my presentation have to be entirely about Bluebeam?

No. Bluebeam should be relevant to the story or audience, but sessions may include other technologies and platforms when they’re part of a broader workflow.
Can I submit a session about my company’s product or service?

Sessions that include your company’s product or service are welcome, but the presentation must be educational rather than promotional. Sales-focused presentations will not be accepted. Partners and technology companies are encouraged to focus on practical applications of tools in Bluebeam, real customer experiences, technical approaches, and lessons attendees can apply themselves.
What presentation formats are available?

Unbound sessions may include Breakout Sessions, Workshops/Hands-On Labs, Customer Success Stories, and Panel Discussions. Most sessions are 60 minutes. Customer Success Stories are 30 minutes, with approximately 20 minutes of presentation and 10 minutes for Q&A.
Can I submit more than one presentation?

Yes. You may submit more than one presentation proposal. Please submit each presentation separately and make sure each submission is complete. Each submission should focus on one presentation idea or concept.
Can I submit a presentation with someone else?

Yes. You may submit a presentation with one or more co-presenters. You’ll be asked to provide information about your co-presenter(s) when you submit your proposal.
What information will I need to submit?

You’ll need a presentation title, short session description, session abstract, primary conference theme, relationship to Bluebeam, project type or sector focus, intended audience, and session level.
Do I need my company’s approval before I submit?

You may submit a proposal while your organization’s approval is still pending. If your session is selected, you’ll be asked to confirm your participation within a specified timeframe. We encourage you to begin any necessary internal approval process early, as we may need to select another presentation if you’re unable to confirm your participation by the requested deadline.
What if I have an idea but need help developing it?

Have an idea but aren’t sure how to turn it into a session? Contact [email protected]. The Unbound team can help you think through your concept and answer questions about the submission process.
Can I make changes after submitting my presentation?

Because submissions may begin the review process before the Call for Presenters closes, we don’t recommend making routine changes after submitting. If something materially important changes, contact [email protected] and the Unbound team can assist.
How are presentations selected?

Proposals are evaluated based on their relevance to Unbound’s programming themes, value to attendees, practical applicability, originality, and fit within the overall conference program.
Does submitting a presentation guarantee that I’ll speak at Unbound?

No. All proposals are reviewed as part of the Unbound programming process, and submission does not guarantee selection.
When will I find out if my session was selected?

We’ll be in touch when the Call for Presenters closes on October 31, 2026, if not before. If a final selection decision has not been made at that time, we’ll provide an updated timeline for when you can expect to hear from us.
What do I receive if I’m selected?

Each selected speaker receives one complimentary Unbound conference pass and speaker recognition on the Unbound website and event app. If you’ve already purchased a conference pass, your registration fee will be refunded.
Does Bluebeam cover travel and lodging for speakers?

No. Presenters are responsible for their own travel, lodging, and related expenses unless otherwise communicated by Bluebeam.
