Privacy Notice
Bluebeam GmbH is the controller responsible for the processing of your personal data in connection with your registration for and participation in the event.
Categories of personal data processed
We process the personal data you provide during registration, such as first name, last name, company name, business email address, role, phone number, country and state, as well as attendance-related information, including your registration status and whether you attended the event.
Purposes of processing
We process your personal data for the purposes of:
- reviewing and managing registrations;
- administering and organising the event;
- communicating with you regarding the event;
- managing on-site attendance and check-in;
- sending event-related follow-up communications, including post-event information and materials;
- where you have provided separate consent, sending marketing communications from Bluebeam;
- where you have provided separate consent, sharing your data with the specifically named partner companies and affiliated companies so they may contact you directly.
Legal bases
Bluebeam processes your personal data as necessary to take steps at your request prior to the event and to manage your participation in the event, and on the basis of Bluebeam’s legitimate interests in organising and administering the event efficiently.
Where Bluebeam sends marketing communications or shares your data with partner and affiliates for their own follow-up, Bluebeam will rely on your separate consent.
Recipients of your personal data
Your personal data may be accessed by Bluebeam personnel involved in organising and managing the event.
Bluebeam may also use service providers supporting event registration, hosting, CRM and communications.
If you provide separate consent, Bluebeam may share your data with the specifically named partner companies and affiliated companies participating in the event, as listed in the relevant consent wording and/or on the event page.
International transfers
Bluebeam and its service providers may process or access your personal data in countries outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, Bluebeam will ensure that such transfer is made in accordance with applicable data protection law. This may include transfers to countries for which the European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision, or transfers subject to appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
Bluebeam will retain your personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes described above and in accordance with applicable legal, tax and record-keeping requirements. Where processing is based on consent, Bluebeam will retain evidence of that consent as required to demonstrate compliance and will stop the relevant processing upon withdrawal, subject to any legal retention obligations.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing, and to object to certain processing activities. Where processing is based on consent, you also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time with future effect. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
Provision of data
The provision of personal data marked as mandatory is necessary for registration, check-in and participation in the event. If you do not provide such data, Bluebeam may not be able to complete your registration, check you in, or issue your event badge. Any consent for marketing communications or data sharing with partner companies and affiliated companies is voluntary and is not required for your participation in the event.
