Jit Kee Chin is Chief Technology Officer at Suffolk Construction as well as the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Suffolk Technologies. In her role at Suffolk, she’s responsible for leading their data analytics transformation journey, building it up when she first joined, and now leading them into the age of AI. She also co-founded Suffolk Technologies—the venture capital fund affiliated with Suffolk that invests in startups leading the technology transformation of the built world. Through these efforts, she is helping Suffolk achieve its vision of reimagining the future of construction in the digital age. Prior to her role at Suffolk, Jit Kee spent 10 years with management consulting firm McKinsey and Company where she counseled senior executives on strategic, commercial, and advanced analytics topics.
Jit Kee also serves on the Board of Directors of STAG Industrial Inc., an industrial real estate investment trust (REIT) focused on the acquisition and operation of industrial properties throughout the United States, as well as CubeSmart, the third largest owner and operator of self-storage properties in the United States. Jit Kee holds a PhD in Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree from the California Institute of Technology.

Don Jacob has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Don started his career at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory as a Software Development/Project Manager, where he managed a technology research task for the National Reconnaissance Office. Don then joined PETsMART.com as the Director of E-Commerce Engineering & Program Manager, responsible for leading the backend e-commerce engine team. In 2002, he became a part of the founding team of Bluebeam, serving as the CTO/VP Engineering. During his time at Bluebeam, Don established and managed various departments, including Engineering, QA, Project Management, and Technical Support. In 2019, Don was promoted to the role of Chief Innovation Officer at Bluebeam.

A Silicon Valley icon, technology entrepreneur and philanthropist for more than forty years, Steve Wozniak has helped shape the computing industry with his design of Apple’s first line of products the Apple I and II. He also influenced the popular Macintosh. In 1976, Wozniak and Steve Jobs founded Apple Computer Inc. with Wozniak’s Apple I personal computer. The following year, he introduced his Apple II personal computer, featuring a central processing unit, a keyboard, color graphics, and a floppy disk drive. He is listed as the sole inventor on four Apple patents.
Wozniak, founded the company Unuson, an abbreviation of “unite us in song”, which sponsored US Festivals in 1982 and 1983. He also founded the Electronic Frontier Foundation, and was the founding sponsor of the Tech Museum, Silicon Valley Ballet and Children’s Discovery Museum of San Jose. Wozniak continues to pursue his entrepreneurial and philanthropic interests to this day. In October 2017, Steve co-founded Woz U — a postsecondary education and training platform focused on software engineering and technology development. He has also recently co-founded Efforce — which leverages disparate applications of blockchain technology.
