Hands-on Training: Government ePlan Review for Intake Staff

For intake/permit tech staff and permitting leaders, this interactive session covers the essential steps for processing and organizing incoming documents in Bluebeam Revu. You’ll learn how to open, combine, and reorder files, apply page labels, batch link, and calibrate documents for review. The course also walks through setting up Studio Sessions for collaboration, completing closeout tasks, and generating PDF reports.

You’ll learn how to: 

  • Process and organize incoming permit documents, including combining, inserting, and reordering pages
  • Apply page labels, batch link, and calibrate files for accurate review
  • Set up and manage Studio Sessions for collaborative project intake
  • Complete closeout steps and generate PDF reports

Course Requirements:  

  • A Windows laptop with an active license for Revu 20 or Revu 21 installed
  • This training is not compatible with Mac computers, mobile devices, or tablets unable to run full Windows operating system
  • A mouse is highly recommended
