This interactive class will show you how to organize, automate, and keep even the biggest drawing sets under control so it’s easier to track changes and keep your team aligned. You’ll work with page labels, bookmarks, and Batch Link to quickly navigate and connect your documents. Then, we’ll explore how to create and update Sets, use tags and categories, and compare documents within a Set.

You’ll learn how to:

• Automate creation of page labels and bookmarks using Automark
• Set up Batch Link to automatically create hyperlinks across your plan set
• Create, organize, and update Sets for large projects
• Use tags, categories, and document comparison within Sets to manage revisions and keep information organized

Course Requirements:

• A Windows laptop with an active license for Revu 20 or Revu 21 installed
• This training is not compatible with Mac computers, mobile devices, or tablets unable to run full Windows operating system
• A mouse is highly recommended
