Workshop
Flow Over Fear: Building the Future Through Play, Not Perfection
Wednesday (10/1)
4:00 PM
– 5:00 PM
Concourse Level | Lincoln East
Skill Level: Beginner

What if the key to solving construction’s toughest problems—labor shortages, condensed schedules, and broken workflows—wasn’t more planning… but more play?

Join Jeff Sample and Charlie Dunn for a high-energy, hands-on session that throws out the traditional playbook and invites industry professionals, technologists, and project leaders to co-create and iterate their way to better outcomes. Inspired by the viral “Anti-Keynote” approach, this session blends storytelling, structured chaos, and maybe even a few Lego bricks to demonstrate how shared authorship, fast feedback, and experimentation can unlock flow in your projects and teams.

Expect to:

  • Challenge perfectionism with purpose-driven play
  • Experience firsthand how “doing” beats “waiting”
  • Reimagine collaboration across design, trades, and tech
  • Leave energized, equipped, and ready to rethink how we build
  • Because remarkable work doesn’t come from silos. It comes from flow.
