Professor Georg Nemetschek

Founder of the Nemetschek Group

Professor Georg Nemetschek, born in 1934, is the founder, majority shareholder and guiding spirit of the Nemetschek Group, one of the largest listed software companies in Germany. In the late 1960s, anticipating change in the construction industry, he opted for software, played a personal role in major developments and still drives innovation and digitalization in the entire building sector with energy and action to this day. In addition, Professor Nemetschek dedicates a substantial part of his assets to non-profit purposes, e.g. within the scope of the Nemetschek Innovation Foundation.

Jeff Civillico

From performing in his kitchen at 10 years old to becoming a 3-time “Best of Las Vegas” winner, Jeff Civillico has always had a knack for connecting with audiences, aiming to spread joy and laughter. His blend of performance talent and business acumen led him to become the youngest Producer/Headliner on the Strip, winning “Entertainer of the Year” and “Best of Las Vegas” awards three years in a row! Transitioning from a decade of headlining in Vegas, Jeff now focuses on expanding his reach and impact as a host, facilitator, and keynote speaker. He is one of the youngest inductees into the National Speakers Association’s “Speaker Hall of Fame.” Jeff’s dedication to making a difference is evident through his nonprofit “Win Win Charity” and his philanthropic travel show “Laughter without Borders.”

Don Jacob

Chief Innovation Officer, Bluebeam

Don Jacob has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Don started his career at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory as a Software Development/Project Manager, where he managed a technology research task for the National Reconnaissance Office. Don then joined PETsMART.com as the Director of E-Commerce Engineering & Program Manager, responsible for leading the backend e-commerce engine team. In 2002, he became a part of the founding team of Bluebeam, serving as the CTO/VP Engineering. During his time at Bluebeam, Don established and managed various departments, including Engineering, QA, Project Management, and Technical Support. In 2019, Don was promoted to the role of Chief Innovation Officer at Bluebeam.

Mary Santoro

Chief Sales Officer, Bluebeam

With over 30 years of sales experience and more than 20 years of sales leadership, Mary Santoro has a proven track record of success. Since joining Bluebeam in June 2021, Mary has been instrumental in leading the company’s global sales efforts, overseeing both direct and indirect sales organizations across the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific. Under her leadership, she’s fostered a culture of collaboration and high performance within the sales team, while driving the execution of Bluebeam’s global growth and go-to-market strategies. Prior to joining Bluebeam, she held key leadership roles at prominent organizations including analytics software leader SAS and commercial real estate software company Altus Group. Her deep expertise in scaling sales operations and building strategic partnerships has been pivotal in delivering sustained business growth.

Hendrik Goldbeck

Co-CEO, Goldbeck

Jan-Hendrik Goldbeck is CEO of GOLDBECK, one of Europe’s leading construction and real estate companies. Jan-Hendrik studied industrial engineering and management at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. In 2005, he joined the family business as a site and project manager. Since 2007, he has been a member of the board. As managing director, he is responsible for international business, GOLDBECK Services, and drives the technologization and digitalization of the family business. Together with his brother Jörg-Uwe Goldbeck, also a managing director, he is involved in a wide range of initiatives to sustainably transform the construction and real estate industry as well as the entire economy.

Vikram Kohli

Chief Operating Officer & CEO, Advisory Services of CBRE

As Chief Operating Officer for CBRE, Vikram Kohli drives company-wide strategy and ensures the company is taking maximum advantage of opportunities to collaborate, realize efficiencies and achieve positive synergies across business segments and key platform functions. As CEO, Advisory Services, Mr. Kohli oversees a business segment that spans leasing, capital markets (sales and debt & structured finance) and valuation services globally. Prior to his current role, Mr. Kohli served in senior global roles, including CEO, CBRE Platform and Global Group President, Business Intelligence. Earlier in his more than two-decade career at CBRE, Mr. Kohli served as Chief Operating Officer, South East Asia; Executive Director, Sales Management, Asia Pacific; and Senior Director, Global Transactions.

Yves Padrines

CEO, The Nemetschek Group

Prior to joining Nemetschek Group as CEO, Yves Padrines was Chief Executive Officer of Synamedia, where he successfully established and transformed the world’s largest independent video software provider for Pay-TV, telco, media and OTT players. Before that, Padrines was Cisco’s Vice President of Global Service Provider for EMEA and within that function responsible for the full suite of Cisco products and services. Padrines joined Cisco as part of the sale of NDS where he had served in a range of senior executive and general management roles. His early career was formed at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Vivendi as well as with the launch of a music online platform in the US backed by Creative Labs.

Luke Prescott

Sr. Director of Product Management, Bluebeam

Luke Prescott began his journey with Bluebeam in 2008 as a Revu user, and his passion for the software has only grown since. With over half of his career spent in the construction industry at Bluebeam, he has contributed to key areas of Revu, including advanced takeoff, measurements, and Studio. Now serving as Senior Director of Product Management, Luke focuses on aligning Bluebeam’s technology with customer needs and emerging market opportunities. With more than 12 years of experience in construction technology, he developed his expertise in the fast-paced commercial construction market of Los Angeles. Outside of work, Luke enjoys time with his family, exploring the Pacific Ocean, and working on his old Land Cruiser.

Duncan Wardle

Former Head of Innovation & Creativity, Disney

As the Former Head of Innovation & Creativity at Disney, Duncan Wardle helped teams at Disney Parks, Lucasfilm, Marvel, Pixar, Imagineering and Animation to innovate, creating magical new storylines and amazing experiences for consumers around the globe.

He is a multiple TEDx speaker and frequent contributor to Fast Company, Harvard Business Review, and Forbes, and he teaches Innovation and Creativity Masterclasses at Yale and Harvard Universities. Duncan holds the American Citizen Award presented at the White House, an Honorary Doctorate from Edinburgh University, and the Duke of Edinburgh Award, presented by Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth.

Steve Wozniak

Co-Founder, Apple

A Silicon Valley icon, technology entrepreneur and philanthropist for more than forty years, Steve Wozniak has helped shape the computing industry with his design of Apple’s first line of products the Apple I and II. He also influenced the popular Macintosh. In 1976, Wozniak and Steve Jobs founded Apple Computer Inc. with Wozniak’s Apple I personal computer. The following year, he introduced his Apple II personal computer, featuring a central processing unit, a keyboard, color graphics, and a floppy disk drive. He is listed as the sole inventor on four Apple patents.

Wozniak, founded the company Unuson, an abbreviation of “unite us in song”, which sponsored US Festivals in 1982 and 1983. He also founded the Electronic Frontier Foundation, and was the founding sponsor of the Tech Museum, Silicon Valley Ballet and Children’s Discovery Museum of San Jose. Wozniak continues to pursue his entrepreneurial and philanthropic interests to this day. In October 2017, Steve co-founded Woz U — a postsecondary education and training platform focused on software engineering and technology development. He has also recently co-founded Efforce — which leverages disparate applications of blockchain technology.

Usman Shuja

CEO, Bluebeam Chief Division Officer (Build & Construct), The Nemetschek Group

Usman Shuja is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience driving operational excellence in international, high-growth companies. Prior to joining the Nemetschek Group, he was Vice President and General Manager of the Connected Buildings division at Honeywell. He originally joined Honeywell as Chief Commercial Officer for Honeywell Connected Enterprise, where he was responsible for organic and inorganic growth of Honeywell’s software portfolio. Other stages in his career included renowned companies such as Boston Consulting Group, IBM and Dell. Usman was also a founding member of Avathon (formerly SparkCognition), a pioneering software company specializing in artificial intelligence (AI).
